Wrap Around Care

‘Wrap around Care’ and Holiday Care at Rachel McMillan – (Extended Day).

We offer a before and after school hours childcare service known as ‘Extended Day’. You can buy a variety of different sessions but these hours must be a regular arrangement and are not available on an ad-hoc basis.

Term Time Only:

Breakfast

(8:00-9:00a.m.)

'Early Start'

(8:30 - 9:00 a.m.)

'Mini Tea'

(3:00-4:30 p.m.)

OR 'Extended Tea'

(3:30-5:30 p.m.)

Holiday Extended Day:

Holiday Extended Day runs in the following holidays. We are open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Every half-term holiday (3 times a year).
One week of the Easter Holiday.
The first 4 weeks of the Summer Holiday.
Total: Up to 8 weeks of the school holidays, per academic year.

Morning Session

Afternoon Session

(1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)

All day

(9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Monday to Friday

The School and Extended Day provision are closed each year for 5 Professional Development Days, Bank Holidays, the Christmas Holidays, one week of the Easter Holiday and for two weeks around the August Bank Holiday.
